Westcoat TC-40 Liquid Colorant is a water-based slurry, formulated with high pigment levels of 60-70%.
TC-40 is designed to tint Westcoat cements to a variety of colors. TC-40 may also be used with most other Portland cement-based products, such as stucco or concrete.
