SC-42 is a one part, water-based, clear acrylic concrete sealer. It is high quality, easy to use and cost effective. SC-42 typically will not darken the substrate, like a solvent-based acrylic and will provide a more subdued finish.
SC-42 is designed to seal porous concrete, acrylic cement, brick, tile and some previously painted surfaces where a protective finish is desired. It is excellent for use as a general concrete sealer. SC-42 can be used on driveways, patios and walkways, as it fares well with tire traffic. SC-42 can be used in interior and exterior applications and can be used over Westcoat’s SC-10 Acrylic Topcoat to add gloss and over Texture-Crete® Finishes as the final seal coat.
