Hold Out is a reactive, penetrating catalyzed siliconate solution that fuses within porous substrates of concrete, brick, stone, and mortar to combat freeze/thaw damage, scaling and spalling, and limit penetration of stains, damaging impurities and salt. Hold Out TM is breathable with minimal impact to traction traction coefficient. creates a cross-linked insoluble methyl-silicone internal membrane that will wear away only if the substrate itself wears away below sealer penetration. Can be applied same day. For fresh poured concrete apply after all bleed water is gone, finishing is done and can be walked on without marking.
